I just noticed that the coffee machine at work has a version of the Steemit logo. This thing grinds the beans to make a smooth brew to start my day.
It was an exciting weekend for Steem and Steemit with the price touching 30c for a while. It's back down to 17c now, but that's still better than it was. It's helped by users like @htooms (smooth backwards!) who has powered up a massive amount in a short time. I hope that turns out to be a wise investment, but I have confidence that Steemit can be a major force.
My little video about getting videos on here to make money has done really well. I hope that a few Youtubers will see it and sign up. They have the possibility to actually make something by doing so. Feel free to use this video to persuade your friends.
We've had a TV actor testing the waters here in the form of @lilwallay. His first post did well and I see he's tried cashing out. If he spreads the word in the industry then we could see some really big names come aboard. I feel that Steemit's time has come in the week where it will be one year old. It may still be a beta, but it's really working and the world needs to know about it.
