To celebrate Mother's Day today, our family decided to have out lunch at my Mom's favorite restaurant which is the Kenny Rogers Roasters . I love their roasted chicken so much because it is very flavorful and delightful. We went their at morning and since our house is very far, we arrived at lunch time. The place was packed with lots of customers because today is Sunday and it is Mother's Day. Their are lots of families who spend time together and eat together which makes the queue a little longer.
After giving my Mother's day present to my mom and the card, she was so touched that she got teary eyed. Well maybe because my message really came from the heart. Anyway, upon arriving at the restaurant, we waited for a while and ordered our food. Here's a peek of what I've ordered. I enjoyed their salad because it was very fresh. The chicken, as what I have said was delightful. For dessert, we ate the brownie topped by the ice cream.
We went home after taking our lunch and walking inside the mall. Today was indeed a happy day. How about you? How did you celebrate Mother's Day?
