It all comes down to it. Always.
Even though I get distracted by so many things in life that make me think the other way, life's beauty is in it's simplicity.
A small act of kindness, towards other people or myself.
A warm cup of coffee.
A ray of sunshine in summer, a perfectly shaped snowflake in winter.
A bright flower in spring, a crunchy leaf in autumn.
A smile.
A nice word.
Creating. Thinking. Observing. Understanding.
Dancing. Singing. Painting. Writing. Reading. Exploring. Wandering.
Empathy. Compassion. Love. A lot of love!
Being humble and grateful.
Connecting with nature. Connecting with people. Connecting with myself.
Getting rid off attachments to the material things.
Getting rid off limiting beliefs, pressure and expectations - our own and everyone elses.
Getting rid off "rules" dictated by the society.
Simplicity.
Being free and our true selves.
Finding joy every day.
Being present in this very moment, with a grateful heart, learning from the past and smiling to the future.
Finding value and happiness inside, that can outshine any material thing.
Being happy now and not when I have this or that, when I achieve this or that, when I find "the one", when I have x amount of money...
This is my reminder taht I don't have to chase happiness and abundance my entire life, because it's already here, in my life and inside of me.
The question is am I going to grab it or ignore it?
Are you going to grab it or ignore it?
