The Society and Projects
ADSactly is a society of individuals in pursuit of the idea of freedom from financial shackles of centralized banking institutions as well as freedom from government-imposed regulations that is nothing but legalized theft of individual's resources.
The society's members cooperate on various projects started and funded by our members on the individual basis. Please note that the society, as an entity, does not support, fund or start any projects. All of the ADSactly projects are started, funded and led by our members on the individual basis.
The ADSActly society is a society of free thinking individuals and does not bear any legal or moral responsibilities for whatever members decide to do as free individuals. This is to establish the premise that there is no group responsibility, as we are not communists nor socialists.
Each of our projects has an owner, leader or person in charge and a team. People involved in a project do their jobs as free individuals and take responsibility for what they do. All projects are centralized and run by their respective administrations. Business ventures cannot be decentralized as there is always people who invest, people who contribute and people who get paid for doing the jobs.
If we try to decentralize projects, it would lead to decay into chaos as we already witnessed on several occasions in various settings. This would also be a practice of communist economies which failed every time. Therefore our projects are and will remain centralized.
Each individual member bears sole moral and legal responsibility for his/her actions according to the laws of residence and ADSactly society, as a non-registred, decentralized entity bears none. Whatever you do can be and will be traced to you and only to you. ADSactly is a meeting point, cooperative environment, not a centralized system with a CEO in charge while all projects run by members of ADSactly have an administration that steers them.
