Today I am going to share with you the creation of a new character who will be kinda my WonkieMe - that is to say my clone in the world of BlueWonkies ^ _ ^
From drawing on paper and coloring with pencils to the digital phase, here are some pictures of the process that will lead to the creation of a digital sticker ;-)
Aujourd'hui je vais partager avec vous la création d'un nouveau personnage qui sera en quelque sorte mon WonkieMe - c'est à dire mon clone dans le monde des BlueWonkies _
Du dessin sur papier et colorisation aux crayons jusqu'à la phase digitale, voici quelques photos du processus qui aboutira à la création d'un sticker digital ;-)
First I drew my character on a sheet of paper and traced the contours with a Sakura fine-point felt,
then I started coloring with my Polychromos pencils from faber-Castell.
Tout d'abord j'ai dessiné mon personnage sur une feuille de papier et tracé les contours avec un feutre Sakura à pointe fine,
puis j'ai commencé la colorisation avec mes crayons Polychromos de Faber-Castell
Then I scanned my colored drawing in 600 DPI and opened it in my painting program Artrage
- I have carefully removed the background to keep only the character (I remind you that I want to make a sticker, so I need a character on a transparent background that I will save in PNG)
- I added some details like flowers, paint stains
- I imported one of my paintings that I added on the canvas that holds my WonkieMe (and no, it was not a pizza box! !
) - I added a shadow to the character
- I imported a background that is a digitalized manual creation + adding details to my decor
Ensuite j'ai scanné mon dessin couleur en 600 DPI et l'ai ouvert dans mon programme de peinture Artrage - J'ai consciencieusement supprimé le fond pour ne garder que le personnage (je rappelle que je souhaite faire un sticker, donc il me faut un fond transparent que je sauvegarderai en PNG)
- j'ai rajouté quelques détails comme les fleurs, les taches de peinture
- j'ai importé un de mes tableaux que j'ai rajouté sur la toile que tient mon WonkieMoi (et non, ce n'était pas un carton à pizza
) - j'ai rajouté une ombre au personnage
- j'ai ajouté un arrière-plan qui est une création manuelle digitalisée + des détails sur mon décor
