Poor Father Peck...
If anyone read a past blog of mine here about my experience growing up as a Catholic, you'll know that as a young teen I'd often imagine that terrorists or Russians would attack/invade and I'd have to go to battle with them to save the day. (Church was boring.) I guess this scene is as close to a church battle as I'm ever going to get.
My homage to Peter and the thrice crowing cock...
Unfortunately I think the order of panels on the first pages here is a bit confusing. I pointed it out to Wayne while we were working on it, and he convinced to keep it as is. But I think it makes most readers do a double-take, as far as what order the action takes place in. Check it out below:
