Weekly Mindful Minnow Support Curation by SuperZENsitivosaurus #6

FADE INTO

INTRO

Zen music is playing softly in the background

What day is it again? Friday?
Another week has passed and - as us humans are keeping track of time - that simple fact is something worth mentioning.

Little Hyper has been pretty social in the last couple of days. He even did some hugging, for as far that's possible with his little raptor arms.

I guess you could say that your favorite raptor on the blockchain has been quite mindful, as he was hanging out with friends. Therefore, daily meditation was not even a must.

I'm not sure about you though, dear reader. So let's see what mindful content I can come up with this time, to up your level of ZENsitivity.

Before we move on to a bunch of people who I recommend following, instead of the news, first make sure to

take a deep breath in...
hold your breath for a couple of seconds...
and let the air out with a sigh.

If that felt good, feel free to repeat the process.
If it didn't, you should probably do a lot more mindful breathing ;<)

@justinparke

his daughter, honing her fire eating skills

This American guy, living in Suriname with his Cambodian wife and two children, always makes me laugh.

Technically he's not a minnow, but he and his family are going through a rough time. Suriname is suffering under the economical consequences of the virus and they can surely use all the support and encouragement we can give them.

Let's take a look at Suriname vs Jamaica Hot Sauce Battle

Here's an excerpt:

As long as you don't do something stupid like turn them upside down over your food and shake, you can safely enjoy Suriname-style hot sauces without trips to a local hospital.

I also recommend you read his (re)intro. This family's journey is worth following.

And now on to:
@trovadormusica

who calls himself a 'Shamanic Troubador' ( I love the sound of that ) and heals with his music.

The Power of Banisteriopsis

This write up made me wonder if Tarzan actually ate the ropes that he used to transport himself rapidly through the jungle.

Perhaps Tarzan hasn't but - apparently - @trovadormusica has:

I have been sharing and consuming it for 5 years, and it has generated a 180 degree change in my state of health, mental and spirituality. It has also changed my vision of the world, and of how wide and complex plants are

Intriguing stuff. Read his full story here

And then, while looking for more content to curate, a post by @sreypov , married to the earlier mentioned @justinparke showed up on my time line:

Sreypov's Natural Life Journal 3

She talks about going to the market, drinking aloe vera juice, cooking eggplant with tempeh ( which lookes yummy! ) and about the dilemma and problem we all face worldwide - plastic bags
:<(

Go read her full post here and don't forget to give her a follow. You won't regret it.

@sallybeth23

It was full moon recently and I'm sure I'm not the only one who can't but admire this big ball in the sky, so close but yet so far. It has a way bigger influence on us than many might think and has become so powerful that we're even using it in connection to Bitcoin and crypto in general:

When moon?

In Moon Gazing, Meditation and Craters on the moon
@sallybeth23 shows us some amazing moon photography, while sharing a moon gazing / meditation technique with us that I hope to try out myself very soon.

FADE TO

OUTRO

Alright, that's it for today. It's time to catch up on some much needed sleep. This 5 letter word starting with an S is highly underrated and I'm not ashamed to say that it's high on my list of priorities these days. This dino is far from a sleep master,.

Until next week and make sure to stay safe, sane and ZEN!
