On this occasion, I participated in the competition as the leader of the Staff team. The arrival time at the meeting point (Centro Comercial Parque Aragua) was at 7:30am, as we had to leave the city of Maracay at 8am. Upon arrival, I noticed that there were already several guys from Aragua State and Apure, I took the opportunity to take pictures with some of them. 😊
Luego de unos minutos más, esperando a los Atletas que faltaban por llegar, pudimos darle inicio a nuestro viaje. Pasando por el Lago de Valencia, aproveché de tomar una foto ya que se veía super bonito todo al rededor. Me coloqué los audífonos y seguí disfrutando de la vista y el viaje hasta llegar al Estado Lara. Me gustaría añadir que, lo que más me encanta al llegar al Estado Lara, es cuando vemos desde lo más lejos el Monumento Manto de María (Divina Pastora). Ya luego de pasar el peaje, nos dirigimos al Centro Comercial e igualmente tomé algunas fotos.
After a few more minutes, waiting for the remaining athletes to arrive, we were able to start our journey. Passing by the Lake of Valencia, I took the opportunity to take a photo as it looked so beautiful all around. I put on my headphones and continued enjoying the view and the trip until we reached Lara State. I would like to add that what I love the most when arriving in Lara State, is when we see the Manto de María (Divina Pastora) monument from far away. After passing the toll, we went to the shopping centre and I also took some photos.

Finalmente, al llegar al Centro Comercial Sambil Barquisimeto, nos dirigimos hacia el camerino en donde debíamos dejar nuestras pertenencias y los Atletas debían calentar y prepararse antes de su participación en la Ronda Clasificatoria de cada categoría.
Finally, upon arrival at the Sambil Barquisimeto Shopping Mall, we headed towards the dressing room where we had to leave our belongings and the athletes had to warm up and prepare themselves before their participation in the Qualifying Round of each category.

El evento lo aperturó nuestro líder y CEO de Street Workout Community @manuelramos, platicándole al público acerca de la Calistenia, el Street Workout y las diferentes ramas que esta disciplina contrae. Seguidamente, se inició la Ronda Clasificatoria de la Categoría Amateur.
The event was opened by our leader and CEO of Street Workout Community @manuelramos, who talked to the audience about Calisthenics, Street Workout and the different branches of this discipline. Then, the Qualifying Round of the Amateur Category started.

Luego, se dio inicio a la ronda clasificatoria de la Categoría Semi Profesional con 8 atletas postulados a esa categoría. Esos 8 atletas fueron: Robert Castillo (@bertnez), Wilder Corradi (@wil-leandro), Jesús Rangel (@jisus-swyc), Luis Romero (@pimoswo), Víctor Guerrero (@victorg30), José Mota (@whoismota), Ángelo Castillo (@angelosw) y David Mora (@david-mora), de los cuales clasificaban 6 para los Cuartos de final. Esos 6 atletas fueron: Robert Castillo (@bertnez), Wilder Corradi (@wil-leandro), Jesús Rangel (@jisus-swyc), José Mota (@whoismota), Ángelo Castillo (@angelosw) y David Mora (@david-mora). Se enfrentaron nuevamente para así conocer quiénes pasaban a la Semi final, y los 3 atletas que quedaron fueron: Ángelo Castillo (@angelosw) con el 3er lugar, Robert Castillo (@bertnez) con el 2do lugar y Jesús Rangel (@jisus-swyc) se llevó el 1er lugar.
Then, the qualifying round of the Semi Professional Category started with 8 athletes nominated to that category. Those 8 athletes were: Robert Castillo (@bertnez), Wilder Corradi (@wil-leandro), Jesús Rangel (@jisus-swyc), Luis Romero (@pimoswo), Víctor Guerrero (@victorg30), José Mota (@whoismota), Ángelo Castillo (@angelosw) and David Mora (@david-mora), of which 6 qualified for the Quarterfinals. They faced each other again to see who would advance to the Semi Final, and the 3 athletes who remained were: Angelo Castillo (@angelosw) with the 3rd place, Robert Castillo (@bertnez) with the 2nd place and Jesus Rangel (@jisus-swyc) took the 1st place.

Finalmente, culminamos la gran Copa Hive de manera exitosa. Los jueces dieron palabras de aliento a los atletas y procedimos a hacer entrega de los premios a cada ganador del 1er, 2do y 3er lugar de cada Categoría. Recogimos nuestras cosas y nos dirigimos al bus para así, retornar a la Ciudad de Maracay.
Finally, we successfully completed the great Hive Cup. The judges gave words of encouragement to the athletes and we proceeded to present the prizes to each winner of 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category. We picked up our things and went to the bus to return to the city of Maracay.

Estoy muy feliz, contenta y agradecida por todo lo bueno que la Comunidad de Street Workout en Hive (@swc-oficial) ha tenido en todo el año. Sin duda alguna, fue un año lleno de retos para todos nosotros los que conformamos la Comunidad, pues, así como hubieron días buenos, también hubieron días difíciles. Aún así, pudimos con todas esas barreras y seguimos adelante. Estoy muy ansiosa por lo que será del año 2023 para nosotros. Sólo espero que las cosas sigan fluyendo y mantengamos ese compañerismo y trabajo en equipo en este año que se aproxima.
