As you know these last 2 years have been full of challenges for all of us, mainly because of this Covid 19 Pandemic that seems to be getting more and more resistant and in each new wave it becomes much more difficult to eradicate.
Isn't the end of the year a good time to think about our biggest challenges in the year ahead? That's why I want to talk about those challenges to come and I wanted to start with covid because just when we were finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel the Omicron variant has triggered a lot of restrictions.
Again I feel that atmosphere of fear that you feel every time a new variant of the virus is discovered. That is why I believe that continuing to fight this disease will be our biggest challenge in 2022. But as life must go on there are many things to do when a 365 day cycle begins.
¿Qué tal Hivers? Que tal han pasado las fiestas, espero que todos hayan pasado una bonita Navidad. Como ya lo saben estos 2 últimos años han estado llenos de desafíos para todos sobre todo por este tema de la Pandemia del Covid 19 que cada vez parece hacerse más resistente y en cada nueva oleada se hace mucho más difícil de erradicar.
¿No es acaso el fin de año un buen momento para pensar acerca de nuestros mayores desafíos en el año que está por comenzar? Es por eso que quiero hablar de esos desafíos que están por venir y quise comenzar con el covid porque cuando por fin veíamos la luz al final del túnel la variante Omicron ha desencadenado un montón de restricciones.
Otra vez siento ese ambiente de miedo que se siente cada vez que se descubre una nueva variante del virus. Es por eso que creo que seguir luchando contra esta enfermedad será nuestro mayor desafío en 2022. Pero como la vida debe continuar hay muchas cosas por hacer cuando comienza un ciclo de 365 días.
In my case for example I write down all the objectives I have to accomplish in the new year, goals, achievements or desires, the important thing is to capture it in a list that I carry in my wallet with me daily. The word has power so every year end I make a balance between what I have accomplished and what I still have to achieve.
Maybe this new year 2022 there will be new goals to accomplish after this year has been very productive for my life. This 2021 I achieved things that I had dreamed of before but never planned as I did this year. Making a list of goals commits you with the universe or with God as you want to call it so that your life is adding achievements.
And today more than ever before new challenges I am sure that no matter how uphill our challenges are, we can face them. We are responsible for fulfilling our life project and declaring that it will be so is the first step to success if we do not fight for our dreams will not be fulfilled. So the second biggest challenge of the year is to accomplish what you have scheduled in your 2022 goal list.
En mi caso por ejemplo escribo todos los objetivos que tengo que cumplir en año nuevo, metas, logros o deseos lo importante es plasmarlo en una lista que llevo en la billetera conmigo a diario. La palabra tiene poder así que cada fin de año hago un balance entre lo que he cumplido y lo que me falta por lograr.
Quizás este nuevo año 2022 haya nuevas metas por cumplir después de que este año haya sido muy productivo para mi vida. Este 2021 logré cosas que antes había soñado pero que nunca planifique como lo hice este año. Hacer una lista de metas te compromete con el universo o con Dios como lo quieras llamar a que tú vida vaya sumando logros.
Y hoy más que nunca antes los nuevos desafíos estoy seguro que no importa cuán cuesta arriba sean nuestros retos los podemos afrontar. Somos responsables de cumplir nuestro proyecto de vida y declarar que así será es el primer paso para el éxito sino luchamos por nuestros sueños no se cumplirán. Así que el segundo mayor desafío del año es cumplir lo que has programado en tu lista de metas del 2022.
The third biggest challenge is to become a better version of yourself, improve in every area and grow in every possible way. We never stop learning, we must be more tolerant with those around us, more supportive, empathetic and above all more human.
Join that gym you don't have time for, spend time with your family, enjoy your solitude and don't be afraid of what your inner self says. Work on your physical and mental health, because no current concern can take you away from your well-being. Get busy working on what worries you, choose to be well, buy that sweater you like so much, give a hug to your mom or your loved one, love your children that we are passengers.
Finally I did not want to end this writing without sending you a fraternal end of the year hug, to stay alive is the best gift we have had this year.
El tercer gran reto es convertirte en una mejor versión de ti mismo, mejorar en cada área y crecer en todos los aspectos posibles. Nunca dejamos de aprender, debemos ser más tolerantes con quiénes nos rodean, más solidarios, empáticos y sobre todo más humanos.
Inscribete en ese gimnasio para el cual no tienes tiempo, pasa tiempo con tu familia, disfruta de tu soledad y no tengas miedo a lo que dice tu interior. Trabajar en tu salud física y mental, porque ninguna preocupación actual puede apartarte de tu bienestar. Ocúpate en trabajar en lo que te preocupa, elige estar bien, compra ese suéter que tanto te gusta, dale un abrazo a tu mamá o a tu ser más querido, quiere a tus hijos que somos pasajeros.
Por último no quería terminar este escrito sin enviarles un abrazo fraterno de fin año, seguir vivos ese es el mejor regalo que hemos tenido este año.
