Quickly prepared light salad for summer days from home-grown vegetables. We take what we have in the garden.
This is my version. Yours may be different. Just what you have on hand.

I have one cucumber, a couple of tomatoes, young beans, onions, salt, pepper, and oil.
First, peel and cut the cucumber into ovals.

Slice and add the tomatoes.

Then add sliced onion.

Next, add cooked young beans.

Add a tablespoon of oil, salt, and pepper.

Stir with a fork.

And the salad is ready. That's it.
