Hi Hivers, today I'm glad to join @Marivic10's initiative about a contest that I'm sure you're going to want to be part of .
The contest is extremely simple, you just have to mention your top favorite movies with stories based on real facts. It is extremely important this kind of initiatives within the community, I think they are a wonderful incentive to keep growing in Hive, so today I bring you my contribution and I want to say that I found it quite fun and enjoyable to share my top 3.
But since I don't want to be the only one to participate I want to invite @sara-escribe and @universoperdido to join this contest. Without more to say, I hope you like some of the movies I mentioned as my favorites if not let me know your top 3.

Hola Hivers, hoy tengo el gusto de unirme a la iniciativa de @Marivic10 acerca de un concurso del que estoy seguro vas a querer ser parte .
El concurso es sumamente sencillo, solo tienes que mencionar tu top de pel铆culas favoritas con historias basadas en hechos reales. Es sumamente importante este tipo de iniciativas dentro de la comunidad creo que son un incentivo maravilloso para seguir creciendo en Hive, por lo que hoy les traigo mi aporte y quiero decir que me pareci贸 bastante divertido y ameno compartir mi top 3.
Pero como no quiero ser el 煤nico en participar quiero invitar a que unan a este concurso a @sara-escribe y @universoperdido. Sin m谩s que decir, espero que les guste alguna de las pel铆culas que mencion茅 como mis favoritas sino d茅jenme saber su top 3.
Selena
Selena was a movie released in 1997, 2 years after the tragic murder of the tex-mex queen. Starring Jennifer Lopez and Edward James Olmos it is for me one of my favorites of the ranking. First of all I really like the music of Selena, on the other hand the performance of J.Lo was great I think she deserved to be the first actress of Latin origin to earn 1 million dollars for a movie. It also seems to me a tribute to the life of a singer who might have been the great Latin star we needed at the time. We will never know thanks to Yolanda Saldivar and her obsession with the singer. On the other hand it seems to me that I am already getting bored with Selena I think there has been an over exploitation of her image by her family, anyway there are hundreds of fans interested in her story but I haven't even watched the Netflix series, partly because I think Jenniffer's performance is second to none.

Protagonizada por figuras como Jennifer L贸pez y Edward James Olmos es para m铆 una de mis favoritas del ranking. En primer lugar me gusta mucho la m煤sica del Selena, por otra parte la actuaci贸n de J.Lo estuvo estupenda creo que se mereci贸 haber sido la primera actriz de origen latino en ganar 1 mill贸n de d贸lares por una pel铆cula. Tambi茅n me parece un homenaje a la vida de una cantante que quiz谩s hubiera sido la gran estrella latina que necesit谩bamos en aquel momento. Nunca vamos a saberlo gracias a Yolanda Sald铆var y su obsesi贸n con la cantante. Por otro lado me parece que ya me est谩 aburriendo el tema de Selena creo que ha habido una sobreexplotaci贸n de su imagen por parte de su familia, de todas maneras hay cientos de fan谩ticos interesados en su historia pero yo ni siquiera he visto la serie de Netflix, en parte porque creo que la actuaci贸n de Jennifer es insuperable.
Holding the Man
It is a film released in 2015 the story is set in a period that spans the decade of the 70's and early 90's, tells the struggle of 2 gay men Timothy Conigrave and John Caleo who manage to have more than 15 years of relationship despite all the constraints that society imposed on them managing to stay together until a stronger enemy such as HIV separated them. The story is beautiful, with a first class cast and spectacular scenery. It is an adaptation of an autobiographical novel that Timothy Conigrave himself wrote before he died in 1994. I have a crush on Tim's character because of his activism and fight for equal rights for minorities. Simply a gem of a film that deserves more recognition.
Es una pel铆cula estrenada en 2015 la historia est谩 ambientada en un periodo que abarca la d茅cada de los 70's y principios de los 90鈥檚, cuenta la lucha de 2 hombres homosexuales Timothy Conigrave y John Caleo que logran tener m谩s de 15 a帽os de relaci贸n pese a todas las limitantes que la sociedad les impon铆a logrando mantenerse unidos hasta que un enemigo m谩s fuerte como lo es el VIH los separ茅. La historia es hermosa, con un elenco de primera y escenarios espectaculares. Es la adaptaci贸n de una novela autobiogr谩fica que el propio Timothy Conigrave escribi贸 antes de morir en 1994. Tengo un crush en el personaje de Tim por su activismo y lucha por los derechos igualitarios de las minor铆as. Sencillamente una joya del cine que merece m谩s reconocimiento.
The Wolf of Wall Street - El Lobo de Wall Street
It is a movie released in 2013 and is another collaboration between Martin Scorsese and Leo Dicaprio, a genius duo that made art with a great script and stellar performances that also include Matthew McConaughey. It is a biographical story of the life of Jordan Belfort, a stockbroker who refuses to participate in an open investigation against corruption on Wall Street. Another Master Piece that is undoubtedly one of my favorites and I know it will also be the one of many.
Es una pel铆cula estrenada en 2013 y es otra colaboraci贸n entre Mart铆n Scorsese y Leo Dicaprio, una dupla genial que hizo arte con un grandioso guion y actuaciones estelares que incluyen tambi茅n a Matthew McConaughey. Es una historia biogr谩fica de la vida de Jordan Belfort un corredor de bolsa que se niega a participar en una investigaci贸n abierta contra la corrupci贸n en Wall Street . Otra M谩ster Piece que sin duda es una de mis favoritas y s茅 que tambi茅n ser谩 la de muchos.
