Matt Taibbi is a journalist that we used to follow a decade ago or so and stumbling across one of his articles again reminded us how good he really is. Although the MSM portray him as a liberal, to us though he sounds more like a libertarian. He just goes after corruption wherever every he sees it, and regardless of the side of the fence.
After reading Matt Taibbi's article, we definitely went through a "wow-moment". If this does not doom Big-Pharma completely at some point, then we'll have the evidence that humankind is truly walking on tight ropes. Criminals are running loose and millions (if not billions) of people may die from the cure. Life is nothing for such a level of psychopathic greed.

And perfection in life means aligning all three of our brains so that they work in the most harmonious way for our benefit. My muscles are tired and my back aches, but my soul is happy and growing. For the last week I've been making daily advances on my forest shelter and little by little it's taking shape. Perhaps you will not be impressed by what is visually displayed on this post, but I know how much work it has taken me to make openings in the forest so I can get usable branches, as well as carrying them to the building spot.

My mother came out to me this evening, after 84 years.
Last week my aunt passed away in Holland and my 84 year old mother in Australia hasn't handled it well. She's under Stage 3 Covid quarantine restriction in Victoria, Australia, feeling old and isolated, and struggling. For the last 3 evenings we have had EPIC conversations between Melbourne and Thailand; about dying alone, migration, disappointment, not feeling loved and about the decisions we make for ourselves and our children which have unintended, but painful, consequences for others that cause sadness. I feel my mother is starting to mentally tidy up this life in order to move on.

One of the first things that I noticed when I started reading Plato's dialogues was that many of them had no conclusion, a dialogue could begin with the question: What is knowledge?, then the characters in the dialogue would review some popular hypotheses that seek to answer this question, and then proceed to discard them one by one, and end the dialogue without the initial question being answered. This is because such writings are aporetic in nature and are designed not to have an answer. Plato does not want you to read them and know the answer to the question, at all, that would be very convenient, if someone just showed up with the truth ready for us to digest......

Just going for a little walk, and chatting about the importance of living in alignment with, living consistently with, your beliefs, values, and principles.
Your mental programming decides what your experience of reality is, and you have control over it. If you feel bad about something you do, either change the belief that makes you feel bad, or change the behavior.
Mostly going off on this one because of so many people expressing their fear about what comes next, the "great reset," etc... yet they aren't acting like the world is about to collapse (liquidating everything, stocking up on supplies & seeds, and heading into the forest.)

Fact Checkers Act as if More Data is Less Reliable

It's pretty laughable to analyze the so-called "fact checks" of the Ministry of Truth on social media. These non-fact checkers claim to be fact checkers, and get to censor content with claims of "fake news".
After seeing many of these such claims of fact checking to declare something fake news, you have to draw some conclusions. Are these people too stupid to know how to thinking properly and get lost in their own tangled web of thoughts? Are they deceiving and manipulating people on purpose to try to control what information people will even consider? I conclude it's the latter.

After a 2 month hiatus from episode 4, I am now in awe at the rapid growth rate that July and the beginning of August has brought to this garden. The exact date for the start of flower (or bloom) transition varies in the Pacific northwest depending on which part of Cascadia you reside. Generally speaking however, flowering transition starts anywhere from August 1st - August 10th. Typically flowing will start around August 6th or 7th, and will see actual signs of buds starting around August 10th - 14th. In my particular part of Oregon however, these plants started transitioning to flower around August 2nd for the Purple Hindu Kush, and around August 6th for the rest of the phenos I have.

Hundreds Of Millions Of Genetically Modified Mosquitoes Approved For Release In US

A Biotech company called Oxitec has received permission from the government to release hundreds of millions of genetically modified male mosquitoes in the Florida Keys.
The company claims that these genetically modified mosquitos can help eliminate diseases that are typically carried by mosquitos, such as dengue, chikungunya, yellow fever, and Zika. In theory, these genetically modified male mosquitos will mate with wild females, and their genetics will cause the children to die, which they hope will lead to a total collapse of the wild population.

I know a lot of people are waiting and hoping for a quick return to normality, and im sure at least some of you miss your jobs and the connections you make when you get out the house. With that said, the WHO have estimated a good two years until they can potentially get a lid on Corona, and so far no one has ever made a successful vaccine to any strain of the corona virus. IF you ask me i don’t think things will ever go back to how they were for a few reasons. This world has moved on from the way things used to work, and it is now time for us all to catch up and decide how we would like to move forward.

Hurt People

I recently heard and immediately loved the following:
Hurt people hurt people, and create systems that hurt people. Healing people heal people and create systems that heal people.
Such wisdom in that. Do you recognize it as truth?
As much meaning as I find in those wise words, I would actually go even further.
I believe that this human realm is a realm in which we all come to be hurt by others, heal from that harm, and help others heal from the harm that has been done to them as well.
And we all come to hurt others, heal from having harmed others, and help others heal from their having done harm too.

There are so many good posts which are enjoyed so fleetingly, or perhaps not at all. Maybe it was published before you joined Hive or not yet following that author? Or that was the week you were fasting in a yurt in Mongolia without wifi? Life happens and the 7 day post rewards window is short. Many would say too short. There are also just so many reasons why a post is overlooked, forgotten or received less reward than it should have: autovoters were down, token price crashed, or it was another Hard Fork within moments of you pressing 'publish".
