Some basic rules:
I have just given you a million dollars, what five things would you buy in the next 24 hours? It can be any five things that you want. There are no rules, apart from: try not to make it Steemit related — but things like cars, holidays, and clothes. go for it. Use the tag #milliondollarchallenge and nominate five people to participate.
Let's spend some $$$:
1. An apartment and a house
Since we already have a family house in the village, I would buy one apartment in Novi Sad and probably move there right away, haha. I would also buy a house with a few bedrooms somewhere near the beach, most likely in Greece since it's one of my favorite countries. So me, my family and friends can go on vacation whenever we want.
2. Vehicles
I would buy a new car for my brother and get myself a drivers licence. Since I love traveling so much, I would buy a van and go on road trips around Europe and USA. First thing I would do in the USA is go thrift shopping!
3. Complete unfinished projects inside and outside the house
There's a few things I would do inside the house, mostly change and replace some furniture and maybe some floors. We also have a few mini projects outside the house that are not finished or not even started yet, so I would do that as well.
4. Electronics and few other bits and pieces
Since Hazem said he would buy new phones for me and himself, I don't have to put that on my list, haha. But I would definitely buy a new laptop and camera so I can practice photography. I would also get some travel gear, 100% natural makeup and beauty products since I can't really afford that stuff now, lol. And of course, I would buy gifts for family and friends (@hazem91, I would get you a full, good quality camping gear, I think your adventurous self would like that, haha).
5. More traveling
I would park my van in our garage, rent my apartment and house near the beach while I'm away, to get some extra money, buy one way ticket to my starting point and go around the globe from there. I don't mean flying business class, staying at the expensive hotels for a week and move on. I like the idea of renting a cozy apartment/room, engage with the local community and stay at one place for a month at least.
So these are some of the first things I would actually BUY , probably not in the first 24 hours but as soon as possible. :D Of course, one portion of the money would be invested in crypto and Steemit so that would also bring some profit. One part would go to the charity, first in my own country and then, in every country I visit and some charity projects on Steemit. I would still do Steemit from my new laptop while I travel, taking pictures with my new camera, haha. One of the best things would be to meet as many Steemians along the way. I would go to Tunisia to eat makrooth with @hazem91, visit Spain and go to the beach with @sunnylife, play some Zumba golf with @paradise-found and go on a road trip with @conorsuperb in the USA, go on a hike with @joalvarez in Canada, attend festivals in India with @birjudanak and my brother @tusharraina23...
