The Evergreen State College Board of Trustees released a statement over the weekend reproaching the tactics, if not the underlying intent, of the recent student protests on campus.
“During the last week, the conduct of a small percentage of Evergreen’s community members exhibited unacceptable behavior that is completely contrary to Evergreen’s values,” Board Chair Gretchen Sorensen asserts in the statement, a copy of which was obtained by Campus Reform. “Although almost all of [sic] students continued to attend classes...the lack of tolerance and respect displayed by a few during these recent events and disruptions is indefensible.”
...now the bad news - an Evergreen College prof wades in:
Because I had shown some criticism to the protest that was occurring on campus in earlier weeks I have become targeted and harassed by a wide number of students on campus. Recently there have been a number of students who patrol lower campus with weapons like baseball bats and tasers who claim to be making the campus safer but in reality are making campus more hostile.
Baseball bats? Why are Evergreen students threatening their peers - and anyone else in their path - with baseball bats? We can now better understand two of the demands made earlier by these thugs:
- Demilitarize and disarm campus security force
- Demilitarize police through the removal of all lethal and non-lethal weapons.
Got that? These fascist thugs want the police disarmed so they can threaten others with baseball bats. Riiight...
Let's continue our discussion with a quote from University of Toronto Professor Jordan Peterson, a scholar universally hated by snowflakes for reasons that are patently obvious:

Ponder this: University of Chicago's "students of color" are demanding segregated orientation sessions (Where's Orville Faubus when you need him, eh?), and they're asking for special housing for illegal colonizers. In two sentences [University of Toronto Professor Jordan] Peterson describes the foundation of progressive ideology and its legions of terminally ungrateful followers. From kindergarten through college, the American left does its utmost to convince millions of students that a lack of societal perfection amounts to societal bankruptcy.
Societal bankruptcy in which the only worthwhile currency is the cultivation of guilt.

The campus of Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington, which has become a battleground where students bullied a leftist professor, hilariously accusing him of being a racist as they yelled and screamed at him, has devolved to the point where a college official told students who formed campus vigilante groups to stop brandishing bats and batons.
Vice President for Student Affairs Wendy Endress sent an email to faculty that included a message sent to students on Sunday by Sharon Goodman, director of Evergreen’s Residential and Dining Service, or RAD, that urged the “community patrol” to cease carrying the weapons.

Students at the University of Chicago are demanding racial segregation for incoming students of color during orientation week.
They also want some serious construction to place on campus, including building a house for illegals students.
A socialist organization at the University of Georgia recently tweeted that it thinks House Republicans should be "guillotined."
The group was responding to a recent story about a college professor who suggested that Republicans need to be "lined up and shot."
