Challenges help us unleash our potentials (well, if we face them), it helps us realize how far we can go, how much awesomeness we have inside of us and teaches us to be the best of ourselves. Life without challenges is usually unexciting and one that could be described as "stagnant".
None of us wants to live a stagnant life (I believe) and sometimes in order to grow, we will need to face certain challenges that may come our way.

Challenges at first, don't always seem to be the "best thing" to happen to someone or the best phase to go through but the truth is, they could be. Almost all the challenges we face have some hidden gems in them. The fact that we could not see them at that point doesn't mean they are not there, it just needed a little bit more time to become more visible. And we don't have to wait for them to be visible before we practice gratefulness.
Challenges aren't meant to steal your joy, they are not meant to be draining. They are meant to shape you, to make you better and prepare you for the amazing things that may come your way. It's sad when we let something that which is supposed to be this beautiful to act against us.
Being thankful in the face of challenges help us to be more positive and optimistic about our situation, and not only that, it sprouts joy from within which helps you to be able to live a more happier life during those challenging moments.

Understand that these challenges aren't necessarily against you, (and are in fact there for your own good), make the choice to live positively by accepting these challenges, being thankful for them and "living your way through them. That's when you start to truly experience growth.
Don't wait for the challenge to be over before you enjoy the moment of your life, there are so many memorable moments even in your challenges and you can only see them when you choose to see it through the lens of positivity- Being thankful. Someday, you will look back and all that you will be filled with will be pleasant memories
Yes, you can be happy even when facing challenges. But you have to make a conscious effort to live through it with a grateful heart, I know, that is easier said than done but practising that is gonna help you walk through your challenges with grace.

Release those negative (and toxic) feelings, exhale them. Change those negative attitude you probably have towards these challenges to a positive one, they won't take you far. Look at the bright side, keep your hope alive, keep living and loving. Be thankful!!
