After playing with the draft Didgeridoo, I went in the garage to cut the sections of pipes to a shorter length as the in its current state the didgeridoo is over 3 meters long...
This is a multi-drone didgeridoo which in theory allows you to play different frequencies by adjusting the lip tension while playing. It's really not easy to do and I still suck at it to be honest.
After cutting the didgeridoo, it was more difficult to play. The extra length seems to help with the back pressure in the pipe. I guess with some more practice I will be able to improve.
After the video was recorded, I spent some time practicing and managed to get 3 different frequencies out of the didgeridoo but I should be able to get a fourth one. I also need to use some tape or something to make the pipe fits without leaking air which makes the playing even more difficult. I don't want to glue the pipes together as I'd like the fact that I can bend the didgeridoo in various direction which allows me to play standing or sitting, that's very handy.
Anyway, thanks for watching me messing around with PVC pipes 😄
