As @mindhunter quoted @l0k1, Achievement Unlocked! After eight and a half months here I hit another big number with my followers. It's only a month since I hit 500. At this rate the whole world will be following me by Xmas! ;)

According to Dead Followers 387 of them have been active in the last month. That's a good ratio as it shows many are sticking with Steemit even as it goes through some difficult times. We've had a disruptive hard fork and flagging issues.
The 600th follower may have been @dickturpin (AKA Pete Cannon), who is an active member of the open source community and a host of The Dick Turpin Road Show, which is well overdue for a new episode. I met Pete IRL at Oggcamp 2014 when he gave me a big hug. I hope he can find a lot of new friends here on Steemit.
