Responsibilty in a Decentralized Society
The ADSactly Society is a decentralized society. Meaning that every member retains a full responsibility and independence for what he/she does, starts and achieves. The society doesn't give assignments to members. It is up to each member to decide what to do and gather the team for a specific project. We do not have bosses nor deadlines.
There is a lot of projects started in the ADSactly Society but not all of them see the light od the day. This is a pity. However, it is how life is. Many people believe the can successfully conceive a project, lead it and make it successful. They even make others believe that a project is a sure thing, gather investment and then move on to making up another story to sell.
We all need to be aware of such individuals and not fall for their sweet words. Members should demand written project proposals from a person approaching them, with all the details. No investment should be made without a written contract stating all the agreed bullet points. This is the only thing that could prove that anything was ever agreed.
Unfortunately, the cryptosphere is full of bad players whose only goal is to take from others and not give anything back to the community. Your task is to identify such individuals and let the community know about them. We have had a few cases of people not standing up to their words and taking advantage of others.
With decentralization comes responsibility. There is no central power that can 'make things right'. Simply because there is no central power in decentralized societies. Each person must think for himself and make decisions that will shape his/her future. You are the one responsible for your time and resources.
