Welcome back! I am continuing the beach house story of How-to Play the Sims, with twins, Kathy, and Cathi Waite. These Sims were created by my friend @snook, and made in our images. If you would like to play these Sims, they are in the Sims 4 Community Gallery.
In the Cats and Dogs expansion, there is a nice fishing town called Brindleton Bay and I have built a house for these Sims, I have been calling it the beach house; even though there is no real beach there. I did use a picture of a beach house to build this humongous home, and a cheat code to give them the money to afford it.

I was hoping that I would be able to stream the game live on dlive, but my internet is not going to be strong enough to stream high quality. I will have to resort to going back to the how-to post with pictures. But I don’t mind. Each time I write, I am increasing my writing skills.
Kathy and Cathi adjusted right away to the affluent life I dropped them into at the beach house. Cathi has her cooking skills maxed, and she was quite happy with the quality of the kitchen. They sat at the table and enjoyed a meal in the dinning room. I was surprised that they had never met anyone either in the neighborhood, or at their jobs.
My concern was that they would become two crazy cat ladies, so I sent Cathi out of the house to meet Mr. Right. Cathi traveled to the local Whiskerman’s Wharf to see if she could spot a man. There was one adult man that Cathi met while she was out, but the first time she tried to get to know him, she found he was mean.
Cathi turned her attention away from the mean man, and spotted a stray kitty. Cathi loved this kitty, and decided she would take the cat home with her to live in the beach house. The cat is a male, and his name is Kuro. I did not know that I needed to use the adopt option when interacting with the cat, so later that night Kuro went back to live on the streets.
The next day, I sent the twins out into the world to get some photos for their upcoming radio show on MPSWaves Radio. I made sure to give them both a new hair-do and to dress them in similar outfits. They looked very pretty for the pictures, and they both had a chance to level their photographing skills.
After a few hours at the park, they were getting hungry, so I let them take a break and order some food from the vendor. It was very nice to have a vendor inside the dog park. There is also a nice spot to fish there.

After the photoshoot, guess who showed up?
It was Kuro!! He walked right up to Cathi and Kathy. This time I looked for an option to keep Kuro, and found there was an option to adopt him. When you do, you have the choice to keep the name the stray has already been given, or you can change the name. You can then give the stray a last name. I left the name the same, and added the Waite last name.
Cathi was very happy to see Kuro again, and she was sure to take him home for keeps this time! This stray cat just hit the jackpot. He will no longer be living on the streets, but in the lap of luxury at the beach house.
It was a long day of taking photos, but Kathy and Cathi both liked most of the pictures they took of each other. There were a few pictures that didn’t turn out very well… but for the most part, the twins are very photogenic!

I hoped you have learned a little more about how to play the Sims 4, and the Cats and Dogs expansion. In this expansion, the cats and dogs run the town. There are strays everywhere, and the dog park is nice. Even if your Sims live in a different town, they can come to Brindleton Bay and adopt a stray.
Kathy decided to quit her job, and buy a veterinary clinic, so in the next few posts, I will be exploring that part of the Cats and Dogs expansion. Sounds like fun!
