- 1 piment贸n rojo grande de aproximadamente 200 grs, 100 grs de az煤car, 50 ml de vinagre, 50 ml de agua, 100 grs de queso crema.
- 1 large red bell pepper of approximately 200 grams, 100 grams of sugar, 50 ml of vinegar, 50 ml of water, 100 grams of cream cheese.

- Calentar el agua con el vinagre.
- Heat the water with the vinegar.
- Cuando comience a hervir agregamos el az煤car.
- When it starts to boil add the sugar.
- Mezclamos hasta que se disuelva el az煤car.
- Mix until the sugar dissolves.
- Lavar el piment贸n y cortar en trozos peque帽os o en juliana, como prefieran.
- Wash the bell pepper and cut into small pieces or julienne, as you prefer.
- Incorporamos el piment贸n al alm铆bar y seguimos removiendo.
- Add the bell pepper to the syrup and continue stirring.
- Removemos Hasta que el alm铆bar espese y el piment贸n adquiera una textura suave.
- Stir until the syrup thickens and the paprika acquires a smooth texture.
- Colocamos en un plato el queso crema y lo cubrimos con el piment贸n.
- We place the cream cheese on a plate and cover it with the bell pepper.
