NEWBIES ANALYSIS
The newbie initiative for January was quite a fun one, and had some good time with the newbies. Norm, this report should be coming at the end of January but due to some little business, I am writing it now.
The purpose of this article is to show how much the January batch of newbies had grown since they joined the initiative. The newbies are @zanoz, @marito74, @kenechukwu97, @salvador

Zanoz joined Hive on the 29th of December and became part of this initiative 2nd January after writing her participation post here.

During her goals task of the initiative program, she had a Hive Power of 258 and made a goal of attaining a Hive power of 450 HP which you can see from the screenshot of her article below.

Marito joined Hive on the 2nd of January and made her first entry to participate in the Newbie Initiative on the 8th of January. Click here to visit her application post.

Marito was able to achieve a Hive Power of 217 HP in her first month. This is possible due to the requirement of setting all post rewards to 100% Hive Power during the initiative.

In her goal task, she made a goal to achieve a Hive Power of 200 Hive or above as you can see in the screenshot below. I am very much glad to see her achieving those goals.

Salvador isn't much new to Hive in which his account was created July 2020 but made his first intro post on the 3rd of January. Click here to visit his application post to the Newbie initiative on 4th of January.

Even without being a daily blogger, salvador was able to attain a Hive Power of 98 Hive. This is possible due to the 100% post rewards power up requirement.
