MM Photography Series:"Pond"

So peaceful and calm, warm and moist; just the perfect weather for this shot. Taken on island of Tenerife, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife; to be more precise in Palmetum. Picture consists of different palm types, tree leaves, pond, duck, clear blue sky, green grass; one really beautiful picture of nature.

Bright light picture with a lot of shades of green. Natural top frame of leaves interacts really nicely with its background through green coloring and with back plane having blue sky we have rather warm picture as both of them colors are considered to be warm. This gives out even bigger impression of this picture as "hot". First thing we notice are the leaves in front ground, and then we move our eyes to the pond and palm in background without loosing the texture and flow of the colors. Main focus is on the middle part of the picture even tough the leaves are much more closer and in bigger proportion to the center.

For me this is the pure representation of all that I need and what I enjoy in summertime. Just nature per se.
