Was sind schon Wortes Klang, was sind schon Töne wert?
All das freudige Gejubel, all das schmerzvolle Klagen,
all diese ständigen und unstillbaren lauten Fragen.
Es rauscht im Stillen und ganz leise,
Oh du strahlende Seele, immer die kluge und sehr Weise:
Doch horche, werde still, wer kann es im ruhigen benennen und sagen?!
Nur der endlose weite Himmel,
Der still die Erde küsst,
Trägt der Seeles heiß begehrte Antwort,
Wie vom Winde stets verweht.
Der Hauch des Windes trägt meinen Duft,
Und flüstert dir meine Antwort zu,
Es Rascheln ganz leise die Blätter,
Nun höre doch einfach zu.
Voller Freude auf das neue Leben meine Seele ihre Flügel spannte,
Flog durch die stillen der Dimensionen und Lande,
Als flöge sie nach zur anderen Seele, der einen, nach Haus.

What are word sound,
what are sounds worth?
All the joyous cheering,
all the painful lamenting,
all these constant and insatiable loud questions.
It rustles silently and very quietly,
Oh you radiant soul,
always the smart and very wise:
Listen, be quiet,
who be calm and say it loud?!
Only the endless wide sky,
Who silently kisses the earth,
Does souls get a much sought-
after answer,
Always blown away by the wind.
The touch of the wind carries my scent,
And does my answer whisper to you
The leaves rustle very softly,
Just listen.
Full of joy in the new life my soul spread the wings,
Flew through the quiet of the dimensions and lands,
As if she flies to the other soul,
the one,
home.
