Ink Painting: "Mushrooms"

One more in the series of ink paintings, this time one of my favorite things to study, look, hunt for, eat or just admire; mushrooms.

Ink is interesting in so many ways as it can give full range of shades and random shapes and shadows with its dark/light tone; its just fun to work with and sometimes you may get inspired along the way as it is unpredictable if used with a lot of watter. The whole process is calming and soothing, almost tranquillizing

Mushrooms have been one of the things I have always admired. Because they come in so many shapes, sizes, forms; thick and thin; round, single, clumped... Thy are a source of food, fun, they can be used as a clothing material. Every one of them has their own form, proportions and shape, color diversity. They can kill you but also feed you. They are one of the biggest organisms with their mycelium network separated from animal and plant kingdom.
Just amazing!
