Today I did an uphill run, because I was feeling much better again. I ran up a small mountain near my hometown in Austria. There is still lots of snow on the mountains. This was a bit challenging on my way up, especially on the last part, because I sank into the snow with my feet, making running extremely exhausting. For the last few meters I even had to walk. Still it was a very nice run and I managed to catch the sunset:
I hope the snow will be gone soon, so I can do bigger (and more extreme) trail runs 😅
In total I did 13.22 km with an elevation gain of 615 m and an average heart rate of 162 bpm. Here you can see the details of my run:
