Daily Running Challenge - Day #7 - Hill Repeats

Because I didn't have so much time available for my run and I didn't do an interval this week, I did a short hill repeat workout today. I started with about 10 minutes of warm up, then I did 5 hill repeats and afterwards about 10 minutes cool down. In total I ran 6.82 km with an average heart rate of 158 bpm. Here you can see the details of my run:
