Today I finished my daily run #8.
This means I'm running daily already over a week. It is the first time for me, that I ran every single day of a week. Let's see how long I am able to keep up with the challenge.
Today I did a rather short recovery run, which means there is not much that I can tell you about my run 😄 Tomorrow will be more interesting again, because I'm planning on doing a long run.
In total I did 5.3 km with an average heart rate of 145 bpm, almost on the same trail as yesterday. Here you can see the details of my run:
