Welcome to #SublimeSunday tag created by @c0ff33a where we have an amazing opportunity to share pretty much whatever we fancy! I am going to start this one with few photos from Friday that didn't ended up in any other post and I though would fit perfectly here.
Friday
Thursday's longer walk really motivated me to move my body more on daily basis. So on
Friday I went for a shorter walk in the evening to reach my goal of 5000 steps each day. Luckily, the weather is nice these days so I'm taking advantage of it. I find going for a walk relaxing and it helps me clear my mind, not just move my body. It's an overall great activity that doesn't require crazy physical activities or abilities and I find it to be a great choice for someone who wants to improve their health. Starting small and accomplishing smaller goals can really boost your confidence and keep you going.

I am a big sunset lover and witnessing these views is something I'm always grateful for

Meeting cute dogs along the way is also something I love

Being more active makes me wanna eat a bit healthier which is always a bonus
Saturday
On
Saturday my walking was mainly split between looking for a pair of jeans at the mall that I found pretty quickly and another evening walk, again, to reach my daily goal. When I'm in the house, I don't always have my phone with me so I guess some additional steps could be added which is always good. And when spring rolls around, there's going to be a lot more things to do in the backyard/garden which is, in my opinion, a form of exercise itself. It took me a while to figure out settings on this app because I wanted to change my daily goal from 10000 to 5000 steps a day. On Sunday's screenshot you can see that I finally managed to do that, haha.
Sunday
Today I woke up around 4am and couldn't sleep until around 7am. When I finally managed to fall asleep, I had really weird, not that nice dreams and I woke up quite upset, I guess. It was already 9 something so I got up, did the usual things I do and made a cup of coffee in hopes it will make me feel better. I spent some time on Steemit, had some food and decided to go for another walk just to break that bad vibe pattern. And it worked! It's a lovely day, perfect for a walk. The road was quite busy since it's Sunday so I made my walk a bit shorter that the Thursday one, but still longer that the past two days.
On my way back, I started craving something sweet so I stopped by the store and got some bananas. Quite proud of myself for that choice and hoping I won't spoil that by the end of the day, lol. It's only 4pm here as I'm writing this so I guess it's time for another coffee and more time outside.
