In one of the towns along the way, we saw a sample of the remarkable art of woodcarving.

We learned the history of the village of Viannos and visited the memorial to the victims of the Holocaust of Viannos.

Despite the fact that the beach is quite far from the popular resorts of the island, it is very popular.
