Snowflakes Are Useful Idiots #20: We don't care WHO gets hurt - we're Democrats!

Squalling students menacing faculty and administration might like to consider this irony—how do you conduct anti-racism workshops by barring people of another race? --A.D. Kristenev

Jazz Shaw just made my day with her "cultural appropriation" rant (her word, not mine) when she wrote:

Culture is not patented. It does not “belong” to any one group of people. Feel free to complain all you like and play the victim, but everyone else is equally free to ignore you. There is no “cultural appropriation” and you should learn to move past this nonsense.

Amen, Jazz, Amen. (Does this mean I can make tacos again?)

Evergreen Faculty Re-Educates Dr. Weinstein

Mike Musser, a graduate of Evergreen State College, provides insight you won't hear on any of the legacy media as he exposes the nasty Marxist underpinnings driving Evergreen College, while Dru Kristenev and David French take aim at the Evergreen Faculty's demand that the Jewish, leftist Professor who opposed the overt racism of Evergreen's “Day of Absence” be censored for his opposition to Evergreen's racism. Oh - the leftist mob also wants him fired for standing up to Marxist tyranny. After all, this "freedom of speech" nonsense only applies to radical Marxists, right?

Where are Mao's Re-Education camps when you need them, eh, Evergreen? Oh, wait - you are a Maoist re-education camp.

Patricia McCarthy and Russ Vaughn take a broad view of what this political correctness nonsense is costing the nation - jobs, for instance, at Mizzou - but I would argue that the real price is yet to be paid. As more of these thoroughly indoctrinated snowflakes leave cesspools like Evergreen, UC Berkeley, Harvard (well, you get the point) and move into politics and, er, "community organizing," THEN we're going to start appreciating the true cost of the Communist assault on our liberties.

Evergreen President George Bridges Spurs Students On

  • French, David: Evergreen State College Professors Turn On Their Colleague, Demand Censorship and Discipline
  • Demonstrate accountability by pursuing a disciplinary investigation against Bret Weinstein according to guidelines in the Social Contract and Faculty Handbook. Weinstein has endangered faculty, staff, and students, making them targets of white supremacist backlash by promulgating misinformation in public emails, on national television, in news outlets, and on social media.
This is legally indefensible, of course, and morally repugnant.
  • Kristenev, A. Dru: Liberal racists incite violence on campus, public transit & public forum
  • The absurdity and frank stupidity of the concept of this “Day of Absence” at TESC is encapsulated in this report: “The event, which is an annual tradition at Evergreen, asked white students, faculty and staff to leave campus for a day and participate in anti-racism workshops.”
Fake news is being driven by fake education, or what communist regimes called ‘re-education.’ The only racists on campus these days are the liberally indulged students who have delusions of oppression to the point that they demand being coddled with a free lunch, free housing and tuition, which, unbelievably, some cowed school administrations are supplying.
  • McCarthy, Patricia: At colleges, the inmates are running the asylum
  • "a perfect analogy for what has become of our college campuses: the student inmates have taken over the asylum and are making a mockery of American university education. The inmates -- the pampered, brainwashed students who from childhood have been told they are both "special" and victims of one oppressed group or another, or that they are guilty of having "privilege" if born white, apparently think they can disrupt with childish demands the campuses on which they are so fortunate to attend and supposedly study."
  • Musser, Mike: What I Saw at Evergreen State College
  • Evergreen is an anti-traditional college that prides itself on its anti-capitalism, socialism, radical environmentalism, postmodernism, and Marxism, with a special emphasis upon indigenous values that convert the old American melting pot ideal into a subversive form of racist multi-tribalism under the guise of progressive multiculturalism.
Evergreen professors do not grade students, but they do give them lengthy teacher evaluations. The students are also required to write their own evaluations of themselves. While everyone pretty much passes under such lax standards, one does have the freedom to put in as much work as he or she wishes. Most coast through the college. Tests are rare. Yet Evergreen students do a tremendous amount of reading and writing that must also be collectively articulated and discussed with the professor and other students in what they call seminars.
  • Noble, Sarah: Evergreen Faculty Team Up with Student Mob Against Brave Professor
  • Just the same, the professor’s colleagues want him punished for standing up to the students who cornered him and called him racist – unjustifiably. Instead of blaming the culprits, the entitled students, they are blaming the victim, Professor Weinstein.
They wrote that Weinstein has endangered faculty, staff, and students, making them targets of white supremacist backlash by promulgating misinformation in public emails, on national television, in news outlets, and on social media.
  • Shaw, Jazz: A beginner’s guide to cultural appropriation. (A rant)
  • This is the United States. You have free speech, freedom of expression and an historic ability to look or sound as you wish with very few exceptions. If I cook my own General Tso’s chicken and serve it in my diner it will probably taste terrible but you have zero right to tell me not to cook it. It’s food. Get over it. If I want to cut my hair in a Mohawk I am not “stealing” anything from indigenous Americans. I’m just looking like a dork. The mumu may be of Hawaiian origin and a questionable fashion choice, but my mom wore one around the house for years. She wasn’t hurting anyone.
  • Vaughn, Russ: Phony campus racist claims cost hundreds jobs
  • It is a sad truth that liberals have a tin ear for this sort of irony. Liberals seem to live in a state beyond feeling normal human embarrassment for their screw-ups; they are so steeped in dishonesty and hypocrisy that even when shown the spoiled fruits of their folly they are utterly unfazed and unrepentant, but most importantly, blithely unaccountable.
