Today it was time for another recovery run. After going hard yesterday, I did easy 10.12 km today, with an average heart rate of a bit over 70% of my maximum heart rate. Tomorrow I will be completing my second week of daily running - quite an achievement I would say. Still far from @dailyrunner, but everyone has to start somewhere 😉
Starting from tomorrow I will be extending my average and total daily stats with weekly stats. Maybe if I find some time in the next days I will also be adding some nice graphs. I love graphs, because they make boring data look more interesting 😂
