Today i did a short recovery run in the morning, because I am playing indoor volleyball and I had two matches in the afternoon. We lost the first match, but won the second 😊 Tomorrow I will be running something bigger again, if the weather is ok - it's quite cold here in Austria again right now (about -1°C).
I finally managed to extend the stats with a weekly section. The graphs have to wait until I find some more time 😄
In total I did only 5.21 km today with an average heart rate of 150 bpm and a pace of 05:46 min/km. Here you can see the details of the run:
