Running was quite uncomfortable today - it had -1°C, was windy and snowed a little 😅 Still I tried to ignore the weather and go for a decently long run. Once again, I went up the "Möslalm (1109 m)" in my hometown. This time I didn't go all the way up to the top, but only to the hut, which is located 40 m below it (the last part is still really snowy and slippery). However, today I went up to the hut, down to the bottom and back up again 😄
In total I did 15.95 km with an average heart rate of 154 bpm and a total of 835 vertical meters. Here you can see the details of my run:
