I went running pretty late again today. The sun was already setting at the middle of my run, which made the sky just beautiful:
Today I did a tempo run and tried to challenge myself by going further than I ever have for a tempo run in training. I did 8 minutes of warmup followed by 10 km in a fast pace and 13 minutes cooldown. I performed better than I expected and was able to finish the 10 km in 44 minutes and 10 seconds with an average pace of 4:25 min/km. It was quite hard in the middle and several times I thought of stopping, but somehow I managed to push through till the end. Here are the details of my run:
