Coming together or falling apart?
I'm not connected with my body. Much of it I have a hard time feeling. Do you know what I am talking about? I can feel my body with my hands; I can feel my body when another person touches me; I can feel my body when I rub up against things.
The trouble is feeling the inside of my body so that I can relax the different muscles that are tight.
I have a difficult time differing between what is a tight muscle and what is a relaxed muscle. I know it makes perfect sense when someone says I'm tight all up in my shoulders, but when I'm told to relax them, I'm struggling to relax them.
I would like to get more back into studying. I've been neglecting it. Well, not completely. What I'm trying to say is that I'm not studying as much as I'd like to. I have no good excuse as to why not.
Where is my passion for life?
I keep replay the same old loop that keeps me locked in a battle I can never win.

Haiku - These are coming out every couple days or so. If you stuggle with rhymes, no worries. Haikus don't have to rhyme. All you need to make a haiku is five syllable on the first, seven syllables in the second line, and again back to five syllable for the last line. So easy it makes me think I'm being super product.
